Hero General Contracting has been amazing from beginning to end. The are responsive, quick, and every person I spoke too was kind. Their quote was so good my insurance even said something. From calling them to installation was about a week which was great! I absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all of my future roofing needs!

Kenneth Conway with Hero General Contracting was the most professional sales manager i have ever personally dealt with! From working with my insurance to the completion of all the work they went over and beyond! I would highly recommend hero too anyone!

Just bought my first home last year & Hero General really help with making the responsibilities of homeownership seem not so intimidating! I would gladly recommend to any friends or family. I'll definitely be using their services in the future. I really appreciate their client centric values. Throughout the entire process they were nothing but honest, transparent, professional & punctual. All things I appreciate & expect when dealing with repairs for my.home.

I love this company and its employees, and I would especially like to thank Ray, Steve, and Bret! They have been so helpful and understanding, especially considering how long of a process this has been due to my insurance company and how terribly said insurance company has treated them. My family and I have been so thankful that we have used them for our initial roof inspection and (soon to be) subsequent repair. Keep up the good work! You guys are awesome!

Jesse Knutson with Hero General Contracting was outstanding to work with thru the roof replacement process. Jesse spent many years working for the insurance companies. He knows the claims process inside and out. He was able to explain every step to me in a timely manner. We had a few issues during construction that were quickly remedied. No project will be perfect, however the response from the company defines them and Hero was on it. These guys went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. My roof and gutters look amazing! I highly recommend Hero General Contracting for any of your roofing needs.

(ORIGINAL REVIEW) PROS: They showed up on the day they said they would and replaced my roof quickly, they did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves better than expected (I found 3 total nails with the plastic caps), Jesse was amazing at getting more money from the insurance company for the supplement, they (allegedly) price-matched a higher quality Class 4 impact resistant shingle due to lack of availability. CONS: They used my wife's garden as their roof access point and destroyed several of her plants, not all of my solar panels worked after their subcontractor reinstalled them (and no-showed after being made aware of the problem and supposedly acquiring the parts needed to fix it), they replaced my shingles two months ago and I am still waiting to get my gutters installed (I was told the gutter company was a week or two behind schedule, which is fine. Then I was told 6 weeks ago I was on the schedule for that day and here I am 6 weeks later, still gutterless...), I still have no Certificate of Completion showing what type of shingles they actually used, which means I still cannot recover the thousands of dollars in recoverable depreciation I am owed from the insurance company. Over the course of several weeks, after multiple calls and texts to my sales representative and multiple calls to the Main Office, I still have no gutters, no Certificate of Completion, and no answers as to when I can expect either. If you don't have solar panels, gutters, or gardens and only need shingles replaced, they MAY be the company for you. Based on my personal experience, as of 12/01/2023, I do not recommend this company. If the situation changes, I will update my review. UPDATE: 12/04/2023 They got my gutters installed first thing this morning and the Certificate of Completion sent over. Gutters look amazing. My Sales Rep also called to apologize and personally guarantee he would make sure everything was squared away, which it now is. Upgraded to 5-Stars for the prompt

We hired Hero General Contracting to replace our roof after the April 19th tornado. They were very responsive. They came out quickly to give us an estimate. They helped us pick the perfect shingles, helping us keep everything in our price range. Our homeowners insurance lost our check in the mail, and made it out to the wrong mortgage company. Hero General Contracting was extremely patient as we sorted out the payment. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Hero. The owner personally came to the house to ensure we had a very prompt estimate on repairs. They replaced our roof and guttering in a very timely manner and the replacement looked e better than what we originally had. We will continue to utilize their company for any repair/construction needs we have in the future!

Speaking from my own experience, this company is hands down the best. The person who helped me throughout the whole process was Ray Salazar. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to helping me out with my insurance company and as well with everything about the damages that needed to be repaired. Super professional and friendly. He was able to work with me and help me with anything I had questions about. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with roofing. They did an awesome job.

After after a very heavy windstorm, several of my shingles blew to the ground. The next day we were getting rain so I needed to find a roofer to do a repair or at least cover the Lost shingle spots. David drove from mustang and got on my roof while it was freezing cold outside and got it all covered so I wouldn't have rain damage in my house in Newcastle. I highly recommend Hero General Contractors for any contracting needs in the Oklahoma City metro.
